The M.S.O.M. program is offering OMGT 577V (OMGT 5943), Resilient Design and Crisis Management for Operations in the second eight-week session of fall 2020.

Resilient design crisis management techniques focus on effectively planning, responding and recovering to unplanned events and compensate for uncertainty. Additional panel discussions with crisis management experts are also planned for the course.

The course is in hybrid format and offers a section for synchronous video from home, live and asynchronous modes. Graduate students enrolled in the course receive priority for the lecture series, but there will be some seating available if reserved in advance.
