Bucks vs. Heat score: Live NBA playoff updates as top-seeded Milwaukee tries to avoid second-round sweep - CBSSports.com

Despite entering the playoffs as the NBA's No. 1 overall seed, the Milwaukee Bucks find themselves one loss away from watching their championship hopes completely disappear. Giannis Antetokounmpo aggravated his ankle injury in the second quarter, but stayed in to shoot his two free throws before exiting to get his ankle reexamined. Milwaukee announced it will not have its star for the remainder of Game 4. The Bucks held their own after Giannis left the court. We'll find out if that can carry over into the second half.

The Bucks enter Sunday's Game 4 trailing 3-0, a deficit no NBA team has ever come back from to win a best-of-seven series. They looked to be in control of Game 3 down the stretch, even taking a double-digit lead into the fourth quarter. From there, it was all Miami as it outscored Milwaukee 40-13 in the final frame, including a 17-1 run to seal the win. The Heat are the only unbeaten team in the playoffs at 7-0. An eighth straight win would send them to their first Eastern Conference finals since 2014. Follow below for all the real-time updates throughout Game 4 between the Heat and Bucks.
