EARLY SUMMER THREE COURSE MENU

$40 PER PERSON / RESERVATION ONLY

Call to make your reservation at 207.236.4259.  We happily accommodate any dietary restriction.  Open Wednesday-Sunday with seatings between 5.30-8pm.

 

Begin your dinner with Weskeag Oysters – $1.50 each – raw: cucumber mignonette or broiled: bacon, spinach, cream

APPETIZERS

  • CHILLED SUMMER CORN CHOWDER – purple potatoes, grilled tiger shrimp
  • LOBSTER RAVIOLI – sugar snap peas, Vermouth cream ($5 supplement)
  • GRILLED HEARTS OF ROMAINE – shaved Parmesan, rustic croutons, Caesar vinaigrette **
  • BASIL CANNELLONI – Italian sausage, grilled fennel, ricotta

ENTREES

  • PROSCIUTTO CRISPED COD – asparagus, Jasmine rice, lemon-parsley butter GF
  • BEEF HANGER STEAK – chimichurri sauce, crisp onions, chive smashed potatoes  **
  • BUCATINI PASTA – basil-pesto, garlic seared chicken, blistered cherry tomatoes
  • HOT SMOKED SALMON – tabil-aioli, cucumber ribbons, citrus tabbouleh  **
  • LOBSTER FRANCESE – herbed rice, green beans, garlic-lemon butter sauce ($10 supplement)  **

  • DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE TART – raspberry sauce
  • MAPLE-WALNUT CRÈME BRÛLÉE – candied walnuts, Chantilly cream  GF
