The Packers took a 17-10 lead over the visiting Steelers into halftime. After falling behind early, Green Bay responded with three scoring drives that included a pair of touchdowns by Aaron Rodgers.
Pittsburgh started the game with an eight-play, 75-yard drive that ended with Ben Roethlisberger's 45-yard touchdown pass to Diontae Johnson, the 400th touchdown pass of Roethlisberger's career. Sunday marked the first time in 14 games that the Steelers scored on their first possession.
Green Bay tied the score at the start of the second quarter, as Rodgers capped off a 13-play, 64-yard drive with a 4-yard touchdown run. Rodgers went 3-for-3 on third down on the drive that included two completions to Randall Cobb. The Packers took the lead less than three minutes later after Rodgers and Cobb connected on a 23-yard score. The touchdown was set up by Kingsley Keke's strip-sack and recovery of a Roethlisberger fumble deep in Pittsburgh territory. The half ended with both teams trading field goals.
