Thursday night brings a tough NFC matchup between the undefeated Cardinals and the Packers, who haven’t lost since Week 1.
In his third year in the league, Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has thrown for over 200 yards in all seven games. The Cardinals have four wide receivers with over 300 receiving yards (DeAndre Hopkins, Christian Kirk, A.J. Green and Rondale Moore) and two running backs with over 300 rushing yards (Chase Edmonds and James Conner). They have the fifth most receiving yards in the league with 2,002, and they have the fifth most rushing yards with 956.
Defensive end J.J. Watt will miss the primetime game on Thursday due to a dislocated shoulder. He is expected to undergo shoulder surgery next week, which will most likely end his 2021 season.
The Packers’ stats don’t place as high as the Cardinals. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers only has 1,710 passing yards this season, while the Packers only have one wide receiver and one running back with over 300 yards. Wide receiver Davante Adams (744 yards, 13 TDs) tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday and will not be playing in Thursday’s game. Running back Aaron Jones (404 yards) is good to go.

9:50 p.m. — The Packers fail to make a complete pass on third down. With five seconds left in the half, the Packers decide to go for it on fourth down.
9:47 p.m. — The Packers make it to the middle of the field when Jones completes the first down on the 50-yard line. 1:28 remain in the first half.
9:43 p.m. — Randall Cobb completes his first first down of the night. The Packers end on their own 26-yard line.
9:40 p.m. — It's the battle of the defenses right now. The Packers end the Cardinals drive early.
9:37 p.m. — Hopkins heads to the sidelines to get his hamstring worked on. He is questionable to return to the game.
