No. 16 Arkansas leads No. 7 Texas A&M 17-3 at halftime of their yearly matchup at AT&T Stadium. The Razorbacks have physically dominated the matchup, holding the Aggies to just 134 yards and 3.4 yards per play.
Razorbacks wide receiver Treylon Burks is having an elite game against the No. 1 pass defense in college football. He's caught five passes for 160 yards, including an 85-yard touchdown catch. Quarterback K.J. Jefferson has thrown just 11 passes but has 202 yards through the air, 23 yards on the ground and two touchdowns.
Texas A&M has leaned on running back Isaiah Spiller, who has 13 touches in the first two quarters for 55 all-purpose yards. Quarterback Zach Calzada, meanwhile, has completed 12-of-22 passes for 85 yards. But Arkansas has been getting consistent pressure on him, notching a sack and seven pressures. Arkansas linebacker Grant Morgan has been credited with three of those.
This would be a monumental win for Arkansas, which has not beaten Texas A&M since the Aggies joined the SEC in 2012.
