Mark and Karen Goldberg of Avon, Colorado, purchased a hillside lot mansion in Paradise Valley’s gated community of Clearwater Hills.

The 8,022-square-foot home has five bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and a six-car garage.

The mansion features soaring ceilings, stacked stone interior wall accents, a catering kitchen and a private home office. Grounds of the one-acre estate offer mountain views and include an outdoor kitchen and a wrap-around-style patio.

The house was sold by Wayne and Lucia Howard, as members of an Arizona limited liability company named after the address of the home.

Ryan Fisher paid cash for this contemporary-style estate in Phoenix’s Jokake Terrace subdivision.

The 5,500-square-foot home was completed this year and has five bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms. The home comes with a front courtyard, sport court and negative-edge pool.

Maikai Aina Holdings LLC and Fund I Lumtur LLC, both Arizona limited liability companies, sold the home.

Robin and Ronald Gabrisko Jr. paid cash for a mansion with a nine-car garage in Scottsdale's Los Gatos community.

The Spanish-style estate features elegant hand-carved mahogany doors, wood-beamed ceilings and distinctive herringbone pattern flooring. The 7,819-square-foot residence includes a wine cellar with a dining area and a media room.

The estate sits on more than three acres and has an outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court and six-hole putting green.

Brian and Kendra Bamesberger sold the home. Brian Bamesberger is the owner and president of Star Companies Inc., an insulation and drywall installation company based in Missouri.

$2,700,000

Andrea Mohan of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, paid cash through her personal trust for a 0.87-acre plot of land in Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. Mike Mohan, president and chief operating officer of Best Buy Co., Inc., is listed as the beneficiary of the trust.

The property will be a single-family residence, according to Maricopa County Recorder documents.

The seller was TR43, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
