EVANSVILLE, Ind. — High Score Player Two: Classic Arcade opened its doors Friday for the first time.
This kid-friendly, all-ages arcade was started by the owners of High Score Saloon after they were asked countless times if kids could visit their downtown location.
The Main Street establishment is adults-only. It serves beer and wine and offers games such as pinball, video games and tabletop games like Dungeon & Dragons.
High Score Player Two: Classic Arcade promises a true 80s arcade atmosphere with neon carpet and all the classic gaming sounds so kids of today can experience old-school gaming.

The new arcade is at 2814 Mount Vernon Avenue. This new West Side arcade has games inspired by the 70s, 80s and 90s and describes itself as the biggest retro gaming experience in town.
The hours are noon to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday with private parties available by request.
The cost is a flat rate of $10 for all games. There will be discounted rates for weekend passes and for families of four or more. Admission allows guests to come and go all day as long as capacity allows for it.
No one under the age of 13 is allowed inside without a parent or guardian, and the arcade is requesting large groups have one adult for every 10 children.
There are 45 games at High Score Player Two: Classic Arcade, including pinball, air hockey, a number of consoles and skee ball.
