(Bradenton, Fla., Aug. 24, 2021) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF), in partnership with Ritter Realty LLC, will offer a 63-hour real estate sales associate pre-license course for aspiring real estate professionals. The state of Florida requires this entry-level course to earn a real estate license. Completing the course is also a requirement for taking the state exam, which is not included. To register online, visit SCF.edu/Training, select the link labeled Professional Development on the left-hand side and click Real Estate. The cost is $299 per person.
Facilitated by Loyal Ritter, real estate broker, this course will take place weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 7-Nov. 18 from 6-9 p.m. at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Pkwy., Sarasota, CIT Building, Room 116.
Those who earn their license after completing the course and passing the exam can assist buyers, sellers, renters and landlords with finding or selling homes and renting or managing homes.
