VC will offer course from April 20 to May 20
VICTORIA, Texas – A QuickBooks Desktop Version course will be offered at Victoria College starting April 20 to May 20 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Courses will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 305 of the Conference & Education Center at VC’s Emerging Technology Complex.
Some learning experiences for participants will be setting up a chart of accounts, reconciling checking accounts, creating and printing invoices, receipts and statements, tracking payables, inventory and receivables, creating estimates and generating reports.
“This course is ideal for someone looking for an introduction or refresher to Quickbooks 2019 and already has a basic knowledge of bookkeeping,” said Rachel Nessel, VC’s Workforce and Continuing Education director.
The course cost is $275, with a registration deadline at noon on April 15.
Students will be required to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations by wearing a facial covering, having their temperatures taken and passing a health screening before entering the classroom. Social distancing will be required, as well.
Victoria College’s Emerging Technology Complex is located at 7403 Lone Tree Road in Victoria.
