Bermuda Footballers Defeat Barbados 3-2

Bermuda’s second game in the Women’s CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers in Guyana saw them defeat Barbados.

Bermuda Starting Line-up: Micah Pond, Victoria Davis, Marley Christian, K’shaela Burch-Waldron, Akeyla Furbert, Deshae Darrell, Eva Frazzoni, Teyah Lindo, Jade Steede-Hill, Keunna Dill, Ranyi Maybury.

Substitutes: Chelsea Harvey, Ember Butterfield, Symira Lowe-Darrell, Zakiyah Durham, Taznae Fubler, , Precious Smith, Jade Stewart, Khyla Brangman

Bermuda took a 1-0 lead against Barbados in the 17th minute with Lindo scoring, however Barbados would find the equalizer as the teams went to the break 1-1.

Bermuda went back in front in the 70th minute when Lindo scored again. Darrell would make it 3-1 to Bermuda four minutes later.

Barbados would score in the 90th minute to make the final score 3-2.
