Global reinsurance business Ariel Re has announced the promotion of twelve staff in its London and Bermuda offices.
They cover a range of roles from underwriting and accounting through to analytics and portfolio management.
According to the announcement, these promotions are part of Ariel Re’s drive to be an ‘academy firm’ where leading reinsurance professionals can develop their careers.
Sarah Morgan has been with Ariel Re for 17 years and has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Property Underwriting. Ben Martin joined the firm in 2021 as Senior System Analyst and has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Security and Infrastructure.
Promoted to Assistant Underwriter were Connor Bradbury, based in the London office; and Carolina Medeiros and JayLynn Hines, based in the Bermuda office.
Other promotions include Caroline Caton to Systems Analyst; Sophia Marshall to Senior Reinsurance Analyst; David Wade to AVP, Analytics; Brian Darling to Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management; Nelia Duarte to AP Finance Manager; Sierra Fisher to Financial Accountant; and Kyra Hodsoll to Assistant Manager, Operations.
Head of Human Resources Lindsay Hyland, commented: “When we redeveloped our culture in 2021, our vision was for Ariel Re to be the preferred destination for talented reinsurance professionals worldwide.
