Sign-up for the March 20-22 Stakeholder Training on Examination Practice and Procedure (STEPP) Agent/Attorney 3-Day course on Examination Practice and Procedure will close on Feb. 11. The course will be held at the USPTO Midwest Regional Office in Detroit.
This course, which will make use of statutes, rules and guidelines relevant to practicing before the USPTO, is limited those who have recently passed the Patent Bar. The course is led by USPTO trainers and is based on material developed for training patent examiners and other employees. The USPTO has received CLE credit in Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin for this course.
