TRAVERSE CITY — A virtual workshop, “Time to Sell Your Business? Learn the Process and Maximize Value.” will be held on Thursday, March 18 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. This workshop is presented by the volunteer-run business mentoring group SCORE Traverse City and is offered to participants for free.
Curtis Kuttnauer, senior partner at Golden Circle Advisors and a SCORE mentor, will walk through the steps necessary to choose the right path for participants and their business. This workshop will introduce to business owners the process necessary for the potential sale of their business whether it is time to retire or move on to something different.
The workshop will teach participants what the selling process entails, including the six “exits.” The goal is to help owners have a better understanding of the process and some ideas on how to increase the value of their business.

SCORE Traverse City is a group of over 50 business mentors who volunteer their time to support and grow small businesses in northern Michigan. The Traverse City chapter is a national award-winning top 25 chapter.
