Iowa commit Cooper DeJean rushed for two touchdowns in the final 90 seconds as OABCIG (12-0) overturned a 26-18 deficit and won its second straight state title after taking the Class 2A crown last season.
DeJean ran for a 4-yard TD with 1:30 remaining and punched in the 2-point conversion to tie it at 26. Van Meter fumbled the ensuing kickoff and DeJean danced around multiple defenders on a sideline-to-sideline, 19-yard touchdown run to give the Falcons the lead.

Dalten Van Pelt had 239 yards rushing and two TDs for Van Meter (11-1).
