British Scientists Say They Have Solved the Mystery of the Bermuda Triangle - Maritime Herald

The British channel Channel 5 has aired a documentary entitled “The Enigma of the Bermuda Triangle” with the explanations of scientists.

A team of scientists from the University of Southampton say they know what really happens in the Bermuda Triangle. It is a triangle between Miami, the Bermuda Islands and Puerto Rico. This area has awakened many theories of mystery during the last century due to the disappearance of airplanes and ships in these coordinates. The British channel Channel 5 has aired a documentary entitled “The Enigma of the Bermuda Triangle.” There is talk of the USS Cyclops ship, which disappeared without reasonable explanation in these waters in 1918 with 300 people inside.

As Dr. Simon Boxall explains “there are storms to the south and north that join, and if that adds up to others that come from Florida, all this creates a potentially deadly formation of rebellious waves. The theories about the Bermuda Triangle emerged in 1964, when the writer Vincent Gaddis named this mysterious place in a magazine.
