KALAMAZOO, MI — Potawatomi tribes will provide the opportunities for professional, tribal development through courses offered at Western Michigan University next year.

The course, which will reserve spaces for tribal members, introduces theoretical and practical approaches to governance from an Indigenous perspective, including the challenges faced by public administrators in understanding the sovereign status of tribal nations.
