Tiffin University will offer a free two-week online course to undergraduate and graduate students who want to try online learning.
The course, “Diversity in Education,” begins July 19 and will explore cultural, ethnic, economic, gender and racial differences and similarities in American society.
“We understand that students can be apprehensive of online learning,” said Ali Havrilla, Director for Online Enrollment Management. “This free trial course will help relieve any concerns a potential student may have about online learning. Students will have the opportunity to get familiar with our online learning platform and the expectations of an online course.”
Participants can expect one assignment each week to gain a sense of how online learning works. Also, they will have authentic interactions with a Tiffin University faculty member and other prospective students in a live online environment. The course is free of charge and no textbook is required. Individuals who register for this course will not earn college credit.
To reserve your spot, visit apply.tiffin.edu/register/democoursefallsession21 or contact Ali Havrilla at havrillaaa@tiffin.edu or 419-448-3442.
