The Kansas City Chiefs scored on all five of their first-half drives, and they lead the Cleveland Browns 19-3 at halftime of their divisional round game. The Browns actually played quite well for most of the first half and appeared to be on the verge of cutting Kansas City's lead to just one score, but Rashard Higgins fumbled through the end zone at the tail end of a 25-yard reception, giving the Chiefs the ball back with just over a minute to go in the half. Patrick Mahomes quickly led the Chiefs downfield for their fourth field goal of the game, extending the lead to 16 points.
