Middleton school staff take crisis intervention course

MADISON, Wis. – Staff with the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District were among the first to take part in crisis intervention training offered by the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
Dozens of school counselors, psychologists, and social workers took part in PREPaRE 2 Crisis Intervention. They learned how to best respond to traumatic events, meaning anything from a school shooting to things like a car accident.
