Bermuda has been invited to give an update on managing tourism through Covid-19 by the newly-formed World Tourism Network [WTN].
“The WTN seeks to create innovative approaches for inclusive and sustainable tourism sector growth and assist small and medium travel and tourism businesses during both good and challenging times,” a spokesperson said.
“It has members from 124 countries, and includes former Secretary Generals of the World Tourism Organization, Ministers of Tourism, academics, and a variety of industry representatives.
“Leading the presentation for Bermuda is Interim CEO of the Bermuda Tourism Authority, Glenn Jones, assisted by Cordell Riley of Profiles of Bermuda, a founding member of the organization.
