Southampton Rangers Crowned League Champions

Southampton Rangers Win by 9 Wickets: Bailey’s Bay 163/5 Southampton Rangers 164/1

At the sea Breeze Oval, the Southampton Rangers were crowned the League Champions following their 9 wicket victory over Bailey’s Bay. In a match reduced to 40 overs, Bailey’s Bay was back at the scene of where the lost the Eastern County Cup the day before they batted first and scored 163/5, Terryn Fray was the top scorer with 58, while Charles Trott was the pick of the Southampton Rangers bowlers with figures of 6-1-16-3.

In reply Bailey’s bay only lost the wicket of Malachi Jones who scored 75 from 59 balls hitting 5 fours and 5 sixes, while Shannon Raynor added 58 not out off 54, with 4 fours and 3 sixes.

St. David’s Cricket Club Win by 6 Wickets: St. George’s Cricket Club 91 St. David’s Cricket Club 92/4

Batting first at Lord’s in St. David’s, the St. George’s Cricket Club were bowled out for 91, Onias Bascome was the top scorer with 25, while George O’Brien Jr. returned bowling figures of 4-0-14-4, while Allan Douglas Jr. bowled 5-1-10-3.

In reply St. David’s Cricket Club scored 92/4, Allan Douglas Jr. was the top scorer with 41 not out off 16 balls hitting 1 four and 5 sixes, Bascome was the only successful St. George’s Cricket Club bowler with figures of 6-1-25-4.

Match Tied: Somerset Cricket Club 105 Western Stars 105

At the St. John’s Field relegated Somerset Cricket Club and Western Stars finished tied, with both teams bowled out for 105, batting first the Somerset Cricket Club top scorer was captain Greg Maybury, while Rohan Davis was the pick of the Western Stars bowler with figures of 10-2-24-4.

In reply Western Stars got 35 from Jekon Edness, while Azar Morrissey was the pick of the Somerset Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 3-1-5-4.

First Division

Cleveland County Win by 213 Runs: Cleveland County 308/4 PHC 95

At the Wellington Oval, Cleveland County batted first and scored 308/4, captain Steven Bremar scored 119 not out, while Curtis Jackson added 63, Dev Hanuman was the pick of the PHC bowlers with figures of 5-1-15-1.

In reply PHC were bowled out for 95, Jalon Albouy was the top scorer with 11, while Macai Young was the pick of the Cleveland County bowlers with figures of 8.3-3-19-4.

Willow Cuts Win by 119 Runs: Willow Cuts 223/9 Flatt’s Victoria 104

At the Somerset Cricket Club, Willow Cuts would bat first and score 223/9 in their 50 overs, Shakeal Outerbridge was the top scorer with 58, while Nelson Bascome Jr. was the pick of the Flatt’s Victoria bowlers with figures of 10-2-45-2.

In reply Flatt’s Victoria were bowled out for 104, Reggie Baker was their top scorer with 27, while Joseph Basden was the pick of the Willow Cuts bowlers with figures of 6.3-1-26-3.
